Children's Ministry Cohort
Description: The GROW Children’s Ministry Cohort is a year long small group learning opportunity for Children’s Ministry Leaders in St. Louis, Missouri. Throughout the course of the 2024-2025 school year we will meet monthly for a time of connection, equipping and consultation. During cohort gatherings we will continue to expand upon the GROW lenses - Gospel Centered, Attachment Informed, Developmentally Respectful and Trauma Sensitive - and explore the impact of these lenses on children’s ministry within the Church context. Between Cohorts, members will be provided with resources that build upon what was discussed and will help them prepare for the next gathering.
When: We plan to meet nine times, on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 1:30-3:30, from August through May (with December off). Day and time will be confirmed based on Cohort Members availability, so if that time doesn’t work for you, but you’d like to apply, please do and just make a note of availability in your application.
Where: Cohort Members will be invited to host one meeting at their local church, so we will gather at churches around the St Louis Metro Area.
Cost: $660
How to Apply: We will be limiting our first cohort to 8 participants. The application is now open and are available here:
